Entry-Level Driver Training: Understanding the Impact to Your Fleet

The Entry-Level Driver Training rule went into effect on February 7, 2022, meaning your entry-level drivers are not able to take their CDL test until they've successfully complete a specific program of theory and behind-the-wheel instruction provided by a school or other entity listed on FMCSA's new Training Provider Registry (TPR). Are you in compliance?

Don't forget - if your company also trains your drivers, you need to update your training to meet these new requirements!
